In light of the current global pandemic (COVID19) we would like to assure visitors to this website that the safety of our guests and cleaning staff is of paramount importance. In line with recent Government recommendations and those of the PASC (Professional Association of Self Caterers) we have taken steps to minimise the risk to everyone visiting Treval Lodge and have therefore made necessary changes to the appearance of the Lodge and to the arrival and departure protocols. We do hope that these changes won't impact on your stay too much and that you have a wonderful and safe trip to North Cornwall.
Arrival at Treval Lodge is 4pm and departure is 10am. On departure please ensure that you have stripped the beds of all linens (not the mattress or pillow protectors); towels, tea towels and bath mats and place in the laundry bag left for you on arrival. Please leave windows open (if its not raining!) and put the dishwasher on a hot wash with cutlery and crockery and leave to wash on your departure. Please empty the fridge and cupboards of all food stuffs and the toiletries from bathrooms.
We have removed all soft furnishings from beds and sofas - you are most welcome to bring your own into the property but please remember to take everything home with you as we wont be able to post items back.
A cleaning kit will be left for your stay in the cupboard under the sink in the kitchen.
Please take time to look through the following documents for further advice and information.
