All prices quoted are for a 7 night stay running from Saturday to Saturday.
The rental charge includes:
Bath towels - please bring your own beach towels and any bed linen required for the travel cot.
Arrival at the property is from 4pm and departure by 10am.
HOW TO BOOK…..
Please contact Kate by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or on mobile number 07789003160 to make all payments relating to your booking. Payment can be made via PayPal or bank transfer.
A deposit of 25% of the rental cost is required on booking to secure the dates. Final payment must be made 6 weeks before rental commences together with a £100 security deposit. This will be refunded within 7 days of your departure. Rest assured, normal wear and tear of the property and contents will be taken into account and it has never been necessary to withhold any part of this security deposit with previous bookings. If there is a breakage/damage please could you let the House Keeper know as soon as possible so that the item or issue can be replaced or dealt with before the next guests come in - thank you.
PLEASE NOTE: dates will not be held until your booking deposit has been received.
Full refunds will be made if the Government enforces a national travel ban due to Covid19. If a regional lockdown is imposed that affects your stay your booking will be amended and you will be offered alternative dates. Please note that your rental costs do not include any form of insurance and we strongly advise you take out your own holiday insurance before your stay.
Keys for the property are kept in a key safe adjacent to the front door. Guests will be notified of the code on receipt of the balance payment.
Dogs are not to be left unattended in either Lodge or garden. No dogs under 12 months are permitted. Please ensure that you always pick up after your dog, both in the garden and in surrounding areas. There are dog waste bins at the main entrance to Inny Vale and one in the picnic area.
We do not have a dedicated EV charging point, nor do we have a power socket, either indoors or outdoors, that is suitably rated, protected and certified as safe for use for charging an EV or for plugging in a lead that is routed outdoors. We are therefore unable to allow the charging of EV's on the premises but we are happy to direct guests to the nearest available public charging points and can provide this information in advance of arrival if requested.
There is a comprehensive information folder in the lodge which provides details of the local area and restaurants suggestions; use of appliances in the property and emergency call numbers.

Short break prices will reflect the fact that changeover costs are the same as those for a complete week. However, changeover days can be flexible for any short off-peak breaks.
